KeTech Systems is looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Cyber Security Engineer to join our growing technology team. Working across the business, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure whilst ensuring our systems remain secure and compliant with industry standards. This is a varied, hands-on role covering infrastructure, networking, Microsoft technologies, cyber security and cloud services. You'll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our business and ensuring our systems remain secure. IT Systems Engineer (Infrastructure & Security)

We're looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer (Infrastructure & Security) who enjoys solving problems, improving infrastructure and helping shape our cyber security strategy. Working closely with our external IT providers and internal engineering teams, you'll play an important role in maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure while ensuring our systems remain secure, resilient and fit for the future. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll support business-critical systems, contribute to infrastructure projects and help strengthen the organisation's cyber security posture. You'll work closely with our Software Team to support network architecture, configure and maintain test rigs, provide 2nd line technical support and liaise with our external IT providers to ensure the smooth running of our technology environment. You'll also play a key role in troubleshooting infrastructure and networking issues, supporting Microsoft Azure cloud services, maintaining our IT asset database and managing Windows Defender, SIEM tools and wired and wireless network infrastructure to help keep our systems secure and resilient.

Senior IT Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex technical challenges and driving continual improvement across a modern IT environment. Working across infrastructure, networking, cyber security and project delivery, you'll provide senior technical expertise to the business whilst working closely with external IT providers to ensure our systems remain secure, resilient and capable of supporting our continued growth. You'll lead the management and development of our IT infrastructure, taking ownership of Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, networking, firewalls, wireless infrastructure and cyber security technologies. You'll also oversee security monitoring, incident response and compliance with ISO27001 controls, while managing Windows Defender, SIEM tools and supporting our DevOps environment. Alongside providing expert 3rd line technical support, you'll act as the technical lead for infrastructure projects, manage relationships with external suppliers and help shape the future direction of KeTech's IT infrastructure and cyber security strategy.
