Steve has over 30 years of experience in the contracting, defence, electronics, telecommunications and construction industries. His experience, gained with Nortel, GEC-Marconi and others, has covered operational management, corporate finance, private equity, IPO (AiM) and international business. Steve joined KeTech in late 2009 and has led the Group through the restructuring and strategic redirection.
Mike has over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles within a variety of sectors including retail, pharmaceuticals, construction, FMCG and software. The majority of his career has been in Blue-Chip plc environments, including Boots plc. Prior to joining KeTech Mike worked in a number of privately owned businesses including Codemasters, a VC backed computer games company.
Denise has over 15 years of experience in the transportation and communications markets. Following a period as a Consultant for Parsons Brinckerhoff Ltd she joined KeTech with responsibility for sales into the transportation sector. She now has the responsibility for defining and developing new and emerging markets, market sectors and products across the Group.
Helen has over 20 years experience as a senior manager in both the public and private sectors. She was part of the ClinPhone management team that helped develop this start-up business into an award winning, international success. Following ClinPhone’s flotation on the London Stock Market, and prior to joining KeTech, she worked as an independent HR consultant specialising in supporting start-ups and SMEs.
After retiring as a squadron leader after 21 years of Royal Air Force service in the communications/electronics engineering branch, Rob took up management roles with Home Retail Group followed by new product integration in Rolls-Royce, before joining KeTech in 2012. He is a Chartered Engineer (IET) and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
