The standard KeTech Customer Information System is based around a common core of facilities, including a network infrastructure to gather travel information, a database application to process the service schedule and a web server to provide public display information. The wide area Customer Information System is a distributed multi-processor system with functionality split into two areas: the Central Server and the Local Station Servers.
