Through our in-house manufacturing capability KeTech not only provides crucial production support to the various divisions within the KeTech Group but also provides direct resource solutions to meet clients requirements. In-house manufacturing enable us to pass on considerable cost savings to our customers, ensure the high standard of manufactured component parts and help prevent project delays through sourcing parts from third parties.
KeTech have a comprehensive manufacturing facility based in Nottingham. The facility comprises some 20,000 square feet of flexible manufacturing space laid out as a series of production cells covering PCB assembly, product assembly and test / inspection bays. The facilities include:
- MRP based manufacturing system (provides purchasing and traceability to component level)
- Flexible PCB and mechanical production line facility
- Full service and test facilities
- Full precision engineering workshop
- Chemistry Laboratory, including clean room and dark room
- Hazardous chemical production line & handling facilities
- EMC chamber
- Thermal test chamber
